All buildings are within a five minute walk of our head office, allowing prompt hands-on management. RJH will continue to acquire Wellington office buildings which fit its location and standards criteria, enabling us to offer various options to suit lessees' changing requirements.

With 61 prime Wellington CBD retail premises totaling almost 14,500 square metres, RJH is Wellington’s largest retail premises CBD lessor. Included are a wide range of shop sizes, from small boutiques to large stores. 38 are located in the capital’s main retail thoroughfare of Lambton Quay.
