Company Strategy
Formed in 1961 by Sir Robert Jones, RJH is now New Zealand's largest private CBD office building owner, and specifically, the largest in Auckland and Wellington with 29 buildings in total.
The hallmark characteristics of RJH buildings are either corner sites or free standing towers, both ensuring maximum natural light and our maintenance standards are recognised as of the highest possible standard. The company is also noted for its free provision of art work to lessees and inclusion in the building foyers.
With approximately NZ$2 billion of commercial and industrial buildings in New Zealand, Australia and Scotland. The company has over 1,000 commercial professional and government tenancies administered by circa 35 staff.
RJH Services
A number of additional services are provided to all lessees which are unique to RJH.
Art Work & Rugs
RJH has an ever growing collection of art work and rugs available to lessees free of charge to adorn their office suites. We invite leesees to contact us to view pieces currently available.
Gymnasium
In Wellington, a well equipped central city gymnasium with full-time personal trainers, located in one of the company’s centrally located building is available to all lessees and their staff. This equates to up to $9,000 p.a. of value, delivered free to each utiliser of this service. RJH has some small suite, 3-6 personnel lessees who effectively recover their entire rental cost from utilisation of this service.
Squash Court
Harbour Tower in Wellington has a squash court for our tenants use.

Building Maintenance
All buildings are fully inspected each week by RJH’s facilities managers. If problems are found they are immediately attended to. Moreover RJH staff are in regular contact with all lessees to keep issues to a minimum.
